What is your role, and what do you do at the company?

“I mostly build windows. I also help people around the studio, and be a team player all over the place whenever someone needs help.”

“9 months now.”

What do you enjoy most about your job?

“Learning everyday.”

What is a project you are especially proud of?

“Pittsburg Pennsylvania, it was challenging but I learned the most.”

What skill have you developed since joining the company?

“Adapting and learning on the spot, and not being intimidated by learning new things all of the time.”

Over the past week or so we have gone around asking some of the employees to answer a series of questions for a social media spot light post. Starting it off strong we have LA!
What is your role, and what do you do at the company?

“I build crates, I do shipping and handling, deliver items, stock shelves, unload materials, and occasionally I operate a machine sometimes.”

How long have you been with Bovard Studio, Creative Edge, or Weaton Companies?

“I've been here since 2010.”

What do you enjoy most about your job?

“All of it from shipping to machine operating to unloading things and building crates helping fellow employees', it’s a great environment that stems into the real world too.”

What is a project you are especially proud of?

“During Donald Trump's first campaign we made something for him, so many people came to see it they couldn’t believe we’d made it.”

What skill have you developed since joining the company?

“Teamwork."

We're proud to have fabricated new bell tower louvers for the historic First Methodist Episcopal Church in Marion, Iowa. Built in 1896, the church's 100-foot tower has been a defining feature of the Uptown Marion skyline for generations. After suffering significant damage during the 2020 derecho, the landmark is being adapted into housing, allowing this important piece of Marion's history to continue serving the community for years to come.
