I've just been going through all the DB posts and replies, and it seems to me that everyone has their battles in this war we call life. I have a quote that I don't know if it's ever been used but it just dawned on me that (and I quote myself) "Life is not easy, but it's as hard as you make it". In the words of DMX "To live is to struggle, to survive is to find the meaning to struggling. And now I don't have to worry that it's not just me. And this is the motivation, hunger, the PURPOSE. And all I can do is expect the unexpected. If I make a plan, please don't be mad if it does not go according to what I thought. Thinking and not knowing is the reason why I can't be mad if my plan doesn't always be as planned.
My goal is to graduate college, my plan is to not give up going to college, I expect to do this by being consistent, driven, self-encouraged, having self-respect, and wanting to prove that I am wrong. You can achieve goals; you can stick to your plans. Dreams do come true. I want to be the one of those people that can KNOW, not THINK that you can do what you want to do all you have to do is don't stop believing in YOURSELF.
UNDERSTAND THAT THE FIRST THING IS TO KNOW THAT IF YOU DON'T HAVE TO FIGHT FOR IT IS NOT WORTH HAVING. IF IT WASNT FOR TAKING THEM LICKS AND GETTING KNOCKED DOWN BUT HAVING THE STRENGTH TO GET BACK UP, IS THE REASON WHY YOU CAN BE PROUD OF A WIN, AND YOU'RE NOT ALWAYS TAKING LOSSES. THIS SHOULD LET ME KNOW THAT ANY DOUBTS THAT YOU MAY HAVE ARE NOT ONE OF MY THOUGHTS BECAUSE YOU KNOW IT'S A LIE AND LIES ARE FROM HELL AND I'M NOT. I AM MY BEST FRIEND AND NOT MY WORST ENEMY. I MUST PERCEIVE MYSELF IN POSITIVE WAYS. I MUST NOT BELITTLE MYSELF; I MUST NOT GET IN MY OWN WAY, I BELIEVE IN MYSELF MORE THAN ANYTHING IN THIS WORLD, I PUT MYSELF BEFORE I PUT THINGS, I CAN DO ALL THINGS IF I STRENGTHEN MYSELF, I CANNOT ALLOW NEGATIVE FEEDBACK, NEGATIVE ENERGY, NEGATIVE PEOPLE, NEGATIVE VIBES ENTER MY MIND BODY OR SPRIT. I AM ALL THAT HE IS I AM ME.
