Experience Still Matters.
When I started my business over 30 years ago, the world looked very different. Fax machines were cutting-edge technology, remote work was rare, and the term Virtual Assistant didn't even exist the way it does today.
Through all those changes, one thing has remained constant: businesses need someone they can trust.
Over the years, I've learned that my clients aren't simply looking for someone to manage calendars or answer emails. They're looking for a dependable business partner—someone who communicates professionally, protects confidential information, follows through on commitments, and quietly keeps things moving behind the scenes.
Some of my client relationships have lasted more than two decades. I don't take that trust lightly.

This month, I’m celebrating 30 years as a Virtual Assistant.
When I started on June 1, 1996, I never imagined this journey would become a lifelong career filled with incredible clients, meaningful friendships, and relationships that would last decades.
Some clients have been with me for 27 years. Others for 22, 20, 15, and 10 years.
To my clients, my husband Michael, my sister Cherie, my mom, my family, and my friends—thank you for believing in me, encouraging me, and supporting me along the way.
