Sometimes the crew just needs to put the hard hats down, fire up the grill, and enjoy an afternoon together. 🔥

We took the afternoon to slow down, share a meal, laugh a little, and most importantly, let our crews know how much we appreciate the work they put in every day.

Construction is demanding work, and the people behind it are what keep every project moving. We’re proud of the teams we have at Loveland and the effort they continue to bring to every job.

Josh has stepped up as one of our supers and has done a great job leading one of our concrete crews.

He’s dependable, hardworking, and always makes sure the job is done right. Hand Josh the plans and he takes off, making sure everything is done right from start to finish.💪

We had a great time this past week rolling into Touch-a-Truck at the Cincinnati Center for Autism!

It was a great evening getting our truck out in the community and giving kids the chance to get up close with the equipment that helps keep our community moving.

Another major milestone at Conrad Apartments in Milford. 🚧

Our crews have been putting in the work below grade, with all storm and sanitary systems now installed throughout the site, the sanitary force main completed, and all detention ponds in place.

Project Update: Gateway Lofts 🚧

Progress continues at Gateway Lofts as our crew works on setting the top of a storm manhole—an important step in completing the site's underground stormwater system.

While much of this work will never be seen once the project is complete, it's a critical part of building infrastructure that performs for years to come. Every detail matters, and our team takes pride in doing the job right from the ground up.
