The HBA Southwest is proud to announce the appointment of Fabiola Louis to our regional leadership board as Director of Corporate Engagement.

A Kellogg Executive MBA ’25 alum and Essence Leadership Award recipient, Fabiola is a Global Strategic Partnerships executive known for negotiating and executing multi-pharma alliances at the intersection of technical innovation and high-stakes commercial strategy.

Fabiola brings a unique "Triple-Threat" lens to the regional ecosystem, combining a foundation in Finance with the technical authority of an M.S. in Medical Microbiology. Her executive track record is defined by turning complex innovation into measurable commercial success, ranging from the strategic oversight of oncology multiplex panels to her work as an Israel Crown Innovation MedTech Fellow in collaboration with Kellogg Healthcare.

Deileta Kamhunga is a healthcare leader with strong roots in marketing and communications spanning more than 10 years. She is passionate about creating meaningful connections, amplifying impactful stories, and driving engagement across the healthcare industry.
She currently serves as Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at MD Newsline, where she leads partnership development and innovative engagement strategies for life science companies. These strategies focus on connecting HCPs, APPs, patients, caregivers, and communities with timely medical education, news, and insights to help close communication gaps and strengthen treatment journeys.

Her work is rooted in innovation, collaboration, diversity, and creating campaigns that drive meaningful impact for both healthcare providers and patients. Mina is a Senior Research Scientist at UT Southwestern Medical Center with a PhD in Molecular Biotechnology and a strong background spanning academia, CRO, and translational research. Her expertise includes molecular biology, drug discovery, preclinical and clinical research, and cross-functional collaboration that advances patient-focused innovation.

An active member of the Dallas–Fort Worth life sciences community, Mina is passionate about scientific communication, professional growth, and building meaningful connections across healthcare and life sciences. Terry brings an impressive career spanning pharmaceutical, casino gaming, and media industries, with deep expertise in marketing, client development, strategic innovation, and operational excellence. Throughout her career, she has built high-performing teams, cultivated lasting client partnerships, and delivered impactful business results through executive leadership roles.

Her passion for the pharmaceutical industry is reflected in her broad life sciences expertise, including sales force optimization, product launch ex*****on, reimbursement strategy, market access, specialty pharmacy programs, 3PL distribution, manufacturing support, and HUB services. Since 2020, Terry has led major strategic initiatives at LifeScience Logistics, including DSCSA compliance, Drug Importation programs, and EcoVadis Certification efforts resulting in a Bronze medal achievement.

A dedicated HBA leader for more than 22 years, Terry has held numerous leadership roles, including President of the Metro NJ chapter and Southwest Region Co-Chair of Chapters.
