It is just one of his superpowers, but it is backed by decades of real estate experience, deep Baldwin County knowledge, and the kind of practical wisdom you only earn by being in the business a long, long time.

Steve has officially been with Level Property Management Group since September 3, 2024, but he has been part of the Ashurst Niemeyer family for over a decade. Honestly, it has been so long we may need an archaeologist to confirm the exact start date. 😄

What a morning. ☕🥯 Last Wednesday, Coffee, Bagels & Complicated Closings brought together REALTORS® from brokerages across Baldwin County for a practical conversation about wills, trusts, probate, inherited property, authority to sign, and the real estate issues that can quickly complicate a transaction.

A huge thank you to Sam W. Irby, Attorney at Law with Irby & Heard, for sharing such helpful insight and guidance. This was the kind of information REALTORS® can use immediately to better serve their clients and help prevent surprises before closing.

Thank you to Knockout Inspections and Level Property Management Group for providing a great breakfast and gift bags, and to Ashurst Niemeyer Real Estate for handling the logistics and helping bring everyone together.

Sometimes the problem is not whether you can pay your rent.

It is whether your paycheck and your rent due date agree on the timing.
They can be stubborn like that.

Level PMG residents may have options.
Flex Rent allows eligible residents to divide their monthly rent into smaller payments while Flex guarantees the rent payment.

If the hardship is bigger than a scheduling problem, we can also connect residents with local organizations that may help with rent, utilities, food, medical expenses, transportation, and other essential needs.
