A weekly word from our Founder & Leader, Morgan Ashurst to help you start the week with focus, faith, and purpose.

🏈 STOP WATCHING THE SCOREBOARD. FOCUS ON THE NEXT PLAY.
After preparing for the storm last Friday, I sat down to watch the Saban documentary. (Nick Saban is a legendary University of Alabama college football coach.)

One idea stayed with me:
Do the right thing, the right way, one play at a time.
That’s “the Process.”

This idea applies to a lot more than football.

How often do we get so focused on the outcome that we lose sight of what we can actually do today?
🏈 In sports, it’s executing your assignment.
💼 In business, it’s serving the next customer well.
❤️ In family, it’s being present, listening, and keeping your word.
🙏 In faith, it’s trusting God and taking the next faithful step.

We want the whole plan.
We want certainty.
We want to know how it all turns out.

But most of the time, we’re only responsible for what’s right in front of us.
So today:
📞 Make the call.
🤝 Keep the promise.
🙏 Say the prayer.
❤️ Offer the apology.
💬 Encourage someone.
