All work and no play? Not at BGD. 😄

We took the team on an office field trip to Pittsburgh, and let's just say... we didn't disappoint ourselves. 👀

Topgolf, Rivers Casino, and a stroll through the Strip District; a little competition, a little luck, and a lot of good food.

Strong teams are built on trust and time together, and we had plenty of both earlier this month. Here's to the best team in the business! 💙

This month, our team had the honor of attending National Night Out events in both Marion and Monongalia Counties! 🚨

Events like these are a powerful reminder of the incredible men and women who show up every single day to keep our communities safe and strong: law enforcement, military, first responders, and so many others who serve without hesitation.

A little hard work deserves a little ice cream! 🍦

We had a blast inviting the Westover community out to the jobsite for some Jazzy's Ice Cream as a small thank-you for their patience during our City of Westover Stormwater Project.

We know construction can be an inconvenience, and we never take it for granted when a community bears with us while we do what we do. The Westover community has been nothing but gracious, and we truly appreciate it.
