The primary main goal of BSS is to reduce the failure rate of startup companies by providing the needed “basic tools” that enhance and equip the new entrepreneur in the early stages of business development. As their training continues, the individual begins to implement and use the “tools” and knowledge learned with the assistance of a Business Leadership mentor, an individual within the community who owns/operates a successful business. Our programs consist of an Entrepreneurial Development & Business Planning Course, mentoring, educational seminars and facilitated workshops in an environment that will further the knowledge and awareness of what it takes to operate a business. A team of qualified business professionals who have experienced business first-hand will be sharing their successes and failures, in our "Eyes Wide Open...for Business" network, while evaluating the overall development of the entrepreneur and the growth of their business. Clients will have access to professional consultants at every stage of their business development and beyond the "opening". Clients will be allowed to re-enter afterwards if they feel that there is a problem or for re-evaluation of their business plan.
