Hi everyone! I have been doing some new things to make the transition from student nurse to floor nurse easier. I have been interviewing and documenting data from new nurses and it has been very helpful. My goal is to interview 100 new nurses and begin to present data and get changes made.

I really appreciate the views to my page, but ask if you could also like my page. I am working towards exposure and getting my purpose of helping new nurses who are struggling out there.

The concept of this company has not changed! Helping people has always been the goal. I am more specific now though. After 20 years in the nursing field and being a patient last year for most of the year surviving breast cancer and also being the family member during tragic and difficult circumstances, I have mainstreamed this business to help nurses so they can help others. created a 7-step success strategy to survive in nursing. Working with students to bridge the gap between student and nurse and working with nurses to achieve an overall healthy state of mind, body and spirit. I am in the process of creating nursing weekend retreats, networking meetings, along with other programs to meet nurses needs and wants. It is time we take care of our future and current nurses.

This past week and a half have been life changing for our family. We lost my niece a 20 year old beautiful girl to a senseless death. The power to forgive is necessary to grieve her loss or any loss in a healthy way. God has plans for all of us and we just have to trust, we dont have to understand but we do have to trust. We will continue to honor her life in many ways.

Life is always giving us challenges, how we deal with them is key. We just found out that my husband's company is closing in a year. What does that mean for us, well, we don't know yet. It means change for sure. So I just keep looking at my next step and taking one day at a time. I will continue to grown this company and help people with life's challenges and know that God has a plan for us and all of you. We will be patient and see where life takes us. It seems that these two warriors are a battle lost when a person commits su***de. I am sad to say that I have learned of another young person who has lost their life to su***de. It has been 20 years since my brother left us and I am sending my prayers out to everyone that this has affected. Su***de changes your life forever. I have healed as time has passed and I have learned to celebrate my brother more and miss him less. If there is anyway I can help anyone, please email or call.
