🧙‍♂️ Fun fact about me: If you don't already know, I’ve always loved a good fantasy or sci‑fi universe. Give me a sprawling epic, a clever magic system, a ragtag team of heroes, or a galaxy‑saving mission, and I’m all in. Books, games, movies — if it has world‑building and a cast of characters with unique abilities, I’m hooked.

So it probably won’t surprise anyone that when I think about wound care, I don’t just see “supplies" - I see a team.

Especially with Breakwall now rounded out with Lymphedema Therapy, I see a squad of specialized heroes, each with their own strengths, each stepping in at the right moment, each playing a role in the larger mission: helping your body heal.

At Breakwall Wound Care & Rehab, I spend my days in real homes with real people who are facing real challenges. But that doesn’t mean the process has to feel clinical or cold. Sometimes the best way to understand something is to see it through a different lens. A more imaginative one. A more human one.

So over the next 8 weeks this summer, I'll be introducing some of the main characters of the wound care "team," and how they work together to help me heal you. 💪

If you or a loved one have been diagnosed with lymphedema and are experiencing swelling in the arms or legs — especially after cancer treatment, surgery, or injury — we’re here to help. Our in-home Complete Decongestive Therapy will include manual lymphatic drainage, compression therapy, customized exercises, wound care treatment and support, and education to support self- or caregiver-management of lymphedema at home.

Attention seniors age 60+! The Senior Farmers' Market Voucher Program has scheduled our distribution events to pick up your vouchers.

The Senior Farmers' Market Program provides low-income seniors with $71,250 worth of vouchers that can be exchanged for fruits and vegetables at local farmers' markets, roadside stands, and community-supported agriculture programs.

You can pick up your vouchers at GECAC's senior centers or at the Bayfront Convention Center during our events. Vouchers will not be mailed.
