We have some holiday hours for you and some temporary changes happening.

After Cyber Monday we will be switching to appointments only temporarily. This is due to an active crime ring and major uptick in surveillance and security installs and requiring all hands on deck.

Things continue to move forward with the launch of our new internet service! Our parents company is making big changes to bring new services as well. Come on down to our storefront once it reopens!

We got our new flags put up today at our core office and storefront! Excited to be part of the T-Mobile program as I am now the only T-Mobile store in the area. Only other stores near this area is Erie, PA & Buffalo, NY! You know your doing something right when a major corporation such as T-Mobile reaches out and wants you to become a dealer for them. Blessed to have the opportunity to be one of the few dealers in the country for them! We are continuing to offer AT&T wireless along with our several other services as well. Of course the addition of our new internet service UltraWave Internet!

Store re-opening will hopefully be occuring next week!

Today was a big day and a huge thank you is deserved to Matt D'Amore for climbing over 100ft to install the first antenna on our tower to begin providing service to some those north of our new tower. We where successful in hitting the tower from our core data office as well! We are excited to begin offering services to those able to hit the tower. UWCT1 is now officially broadcasting over Chautauqua County!

**Internet System Update**
Today, our core tower at Homestead Camp was officially brought online and broadcasting. We initialized the first of the core systems and antennas temporarily mounted on the lower part of the tower today. Was also able to add the first client devices onto the tower system for some testing prior to climbing the tower and lifting the antenna to its permanent position. This officially marks the towers go live date for today, August 9th 2022 at 1:43pm and is no longer deemed an abandoned/inactive structure!

This is a massive step forward and we are currently planning our first high altitude climb to move the first of the antennas into their permanent positions. More updates will be posted once we are ready to begin onboarding the first subscribers onto the tower.

Attention UltraWave Beta Testers,
Over the past few weeks we have been holding very firm as far as system performance and uptime. Our uptime since starting the clock on final testing and to remain stable with no issues is 100%. We have even experienced high interferance from solar storms and frequent lightning events during this time without dropping a single connection. Speeds remained stable and no issues have been reported during any of these events which can cause issues. With this, we are going to begin our transition out of beta shortly. We again thank you for being willing and testing the internet service for us during these past several months. As we begin to transition out of beta testing, we ask you to consider your options of converting to a paid subscription or reverting back to your previous ISP. We know the options available near our offices as we are not necessarily rural, and have land based internet providers. We do plan on keeping our primary access point here at the office to continue service availability if we can get enough subscribers. Otherwise, we will re-loacate out AP to the new core tower which will still be capable of servicing out testers, but in a more limited capacity as more subscribers will be sharing the connection. Where here, our beta testers who switch to a paid subscription will have a dedicated AP to access with high throughput. We will be sending a email to everyone with a survey and their plans to remain on the service once beta is over, or plan on switching back to their previous service provider.

Yesterday, our owners officially received the keys to what we now call, the UltraCore tower located at the highest point in Chautauqua County. This will become our primary core tower in the coming weeks. It's not the tallest tower, however it does sit at the highest point in Chautauqua County just under 2,300ft at the top, which gives us amazing coverage capabilities hitting several different counties just from this one location. We are able to see Chautauqua County, Cattaraugus County, Warren County, McKean County and even both Erie County NY & PA.

The tower was previously utilized for radio communications and then decommissioned and abandoned. Left empty for several years, we reached out to the land owner & came to terms with the land owner who also just purchased the campground where the tower is located. We then received the keys and took ownership and operation of the tower. We do have a bit of work to complete so it can be brought up to code and commissioned as our core WISP tower. We also plan on putting up weather stations and PTZ cameras which will provide amazing weather data and footage as we will be able to track storms crossing the county live.

As we begin working on our tower, we will also be installing grounds wide Wi-Fi systems for Homestead Campground which will provide every camper with high speed internet access. This will be a big game changer for this campground as no cell phone provider has service there and internet options are poor. The grounds wide Wi-Fi will allow campers to utilize the internet for cell service as it will act as a personal cell phone service tower. As well as the ability to ditch the satellite dishes, antennas and cables and use a TV streaming service such as DirecTV Stream instead.
