At Merrow, we work every day to create value for our customers, including our 1600 dealers and thousands of end-users. Today, we address a serious issue: servicing machines. To help our dealers and end-users, Merrow is expanding our Factory Service Program.

Introducing the **expanded** 2024 Merrow Factory Service

Affordable Labor Costs

• Capped Labor Costs: Our expert technicians provide comprehensive service for your Merrow Machine with labor costs capped at just $150 per machine.

Hassle-Free Shipping

• Free Shipping Both Ways: Merrow covers shipping costs and provides an insured box with a return label to ensure your machine reaches us safely.
• Secure Packaging: We offer specially designed boxes for safe and secure transportation of your machine.

Fixed Price and Fast Turnaround

• All-Inclusive $299: This flat fee includes:
• Shipping both ways
• Packaging for the machine (which you can keep for future use)
• Replacement cutters, loopers, and needles

For this price, we’ll review the machine, break it down, and put it back together. If the machine requires additional parts due to wear or damage, they will be replaced as we rebuild it. If the service takes more than 2 hours, an additional labor charge may apply, capped at $150 regardless of total time required.

If we receive a machine that cannot be accepted into the MFS program, we will provide a custom repair quote. We also offer customers the opportunity to buy a new machine with credit from the damaged one, reducing the price of the replacement.

Rush Service for Urgent Needs

• Expedited Repairs: For an additional $250, you can opt for our Rush Merrow Factory Service. Expedited shipping costs apply, and your machine will be serviced and returned as quickly as possible.
