Fallbrook Ca, Side of someone’s house took out the Bird of paradice by the root ball. We will replant them later. Get a Paver Walkway and a Retaining Wall San Diego standard detail on footing and wall she wants to put an ADU on top eventually.

NOTE:
in most cases you do not have to have a permit for a 3 foot CMU Retaining Wall. We still build these walls to San Diego standard we encourage the customer to take plenty of photos.
I will give my customer a portfolio, have content, which includes video and photos at the end of the job built to San Diego standard footing and reinforcing and Concrete, at 3500 psi , French drain and three-quarter inch rock backfilled all the way to the top , with liquid membrane two coats of waterproofing “Mel roll” and 90% compaction soil , she will have documentation and full information if she ever run across a City Inspector in the future for this area above the wall she might need that information. I tell you this cause even though something doesn’t need to be inspected or permitted doesn’t mean you cut corners do things the right way all the time.
