If you’ve ever called, emailed, or stopped by Fallon Glass & Signs, chances are you’ve already met Melessa — our office manager and the glue that keeps this place together.

Also known (lovingly) as our glorified babysitter, Melessa takes pride in keeping the guys in line while making sure our customers are always taken care of. From customer service and billing to running the day-to-day office operations, she’s the organized, friendly face behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly.

We’re incredibly grateful for all she does — Fallon Glass & Signs wouldn’t be the same without her! 👏🤍

Fallon Sign (Fallon Glass and Sign) is looking for a new member for our team in the Sign Department. Please bring your Resume to 2955 Reno Hwy and ask for Erin to apply. Pay based on experience.

Responsibilities for this position include:

-Perform all Graphic Design in Adobe Illustrator to prepare for print.
-Perform large format print production and finishing on signs and banners including laminating, mounting to substrate, trimming, grommeting, and cutting.
-Perform quality assurance measures by accurately reading and interpreting work orders including proofing for errors or unacceptable finishing standards (wrinkles, loose grommets, etc.)
-Maintain a high level of product quality and craftsmanship.
-Loading paper and ink in large format printers.
-Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities for this position include:

-Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and work independently.
-Good practical skills and the ability to work with your hands in fast-paced environment.
-Attention to detail and well organized.
-Effective oral and written communication skills.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work quickly.

Physical Requirements:

-Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 70 pounds on a regular basis.
-Ability to crouch reach and grasp.
-Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.

As the colder weather approaches, we want to remind you of the importance of fixing damaged windshields before it becomes too late. Small chips can continue to spread causing full windshield replacement. Please keep an eye on your windshield as even the smallest chip can cause major damage. Stop by our shop for chip inspections, fills, and replacement quote!
