While there are still many uncertainties and concerns about bringing your church community together, our firm has been successful in running campaigns even during the pandemic.

On-site Capital Stewardship Consulting – for churches that would like a JDK&A Consultant to work full-time and in person at their church.

Hybrid Capital Stewardship Consulting – for churches that would like a full-time JDK&A Consultant to be assigned in the town/city that your church is located in to be available to facilitate Personal Interviews, Steering Committee Meetings, Pastor Meetings, Visitor Training and Personal Visits. Depending on the churches comfort level, the Consultant can do some of these things via video conference. You can pick and choose what your preferences are regarding in-person vs. virtual meetings.

Virtual Capital Stewardship Consulting – for churches that are not comfortable having an on-site Consultant, but would still like to have the personalized attention, campaign organization and professionalism of a Campaign Consultant virtually. This approach allows for technology-based features, that will allow us to assist you in your stewardship needs in a safe and effective manner.

Given social distancing and that many churches are not fully open, we are offering our services in a “hybrid” fashion. We combine virtual meetings and in-residence service to be sure to personalize your church stewardship. We are offering guidance with your annual campaign, capital campaign or both. Please let us know if we can assist you in customizing a campaign that serves your congregation in the best way during these challenging times.

Since the country continues to battle COVID-19, we have developed a three-month virtual annual stewardship program to provide churches with a comprehensive plan to achieve the following:

• Increase level of pledging
• Increase individual participation
• Increase online giving
• Increase communication and understanding of ministry
needs
