Internet buyer leads are typically still very early in the process of buying a home, and they may or may not be very serious at this stage. Often, they’re just browsing online. That’s why it’s important to approach them from a perspective of customer service, rather than an aggressive sales pitch—you don’t want to push them away. Today I’ll share a few tips about how to go about converting these uncertain buyers into enthusiastic clients, including an example of a script to use, questions to ask, and how to vary your responses based on their answers so that you can land an appointment.
