This Memorial Day, 11th Hour Service pauses to reflect on the true cost of those words paid in full by the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Some members of our team have worn the uniform. Many have lost someone who did. Together, we carry forward the values that define this day: unwavering commitment to mission, genuine care for one another, and service above self.

Those values continue to guide us in every engagement, every deliverable, and every standard we hold ourselves to.

This , we remember the fallen. We honor their families. And we recommit to the work that carries their values forward.

This month, we are proud to shine a spotlight on Kim Pritchard, Military & Family Life Counselor (MFLC) at Holloman Air Force Base.

In her first month serving as the installation’s sole Adult MFLC, Kim was faced with one of the most difficult situations a counselor can encounter — a tragic, large-scale critical incident that deeply impacted the Holloman community. Without hesitation, Kim stepped forward with grace, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to the people she serves.

Rather than waiting for individuals to seek support, Kim took a proactive and compassionate approach. She reached out directly to unit leadership, attended desensitization briefings for first responders, checked in on installation personnel, and made herself consistently available for both group and individual support. Throughout the recovery process, Kim ensured leadership and staff had access to resources, guidance, and consistent follow-up during an extraordinarily challenging period.

What truly speaks to Kim’s impact is the response from the community she serves. Holloman’s Flight Chief shared that the installation received heartfelt customer feedback recognizing the extraordinary support, care, and professionalism Kim provided. The Flight Chief described Kim as “a pillar of strength” whose presence created an environment where individuals felt genuinely supported in the aftermath of tragedy.

At 11th Hour Service, we believe the heart of our mission is reflected in moments exactly like this — when one dedicated professional quietly and powerfully helps others begin to heal. Kim exemplifies what it means to serve with purpose, presence, and compassion.

Another win. Another mission!

We are excited to announce that 11th Hour Service has been awarded a prime Operations Support contract with the U.S. Department of the Interior's Interior Business Center (IBC), Financial Management Directorate (FMD), valued at $6,198,541.50 and awarded competitively as a Small Business Set-Aside.

The IBC is no ordinary client. It is the only federal agency designated by both OMB and OPM as a Center of Excellence for financial management and human resources services and it serves as the operational backbone for over 150 federal agencies nationwide.

This award marks another significant milestone in 11th Hour Service's expanding federal portfolio. We are proud to bring our financial operations expertise to the Department of the Interior and are excited to support the many agencies and clients that rely on IBC every day!
