We had the opportunity to work at a beautiful farm today for some super nice folks. After the latest round of bad storms took out the utility grid these folks decided on a Cummins home standby to protect their home. With multiple freezers and high temperatures the risk of loosing the hard work that goes into filling the freezer was too great. Mrs. Brown lives just off the Blue Ridge Parkway and as beautiful as the area is severe storms in all seasons can cripple the utility power.
