A Great Event Can Change Your Life
4.5 years ago, a guy named Jordan Terrell came to Fargo, ND (from Denver, CO) to attend the Hatch Summit.
He didn't know me.
He had a couple people recommend he attend - and so he went on pretty blind faith.

(And full transparency - Fargo is so fantastic! There's an awesome energy, an insatiable kindness, a vibrant downtown, and a uniqueness that's unparalleled. BUT it's also hellaciously cold over the winter...!)
At the time, Jordan's business had done about 30M in sales for the year 2018.
That equates to 75 homes sold.
60 of those were Jordan. THAT'S a major imbalance!
And that's also the story for most that are building something special.
Chapters 1 and 2 are messy and wild.
And you're deprived of time. That's a level of 'broke' that hurts so deeply.
Jordan peeled himself away to come and spend a few days in Fargo at our Hatch Summit.
It didn't take long for Jordan to realize that he found his tribe with us.
He had been in other coaching organizations that talked about numbers and were dripping in 'measuring contests.'
Not us.
He heard from the main stage - and breakouts - that we wanted our teams and businesses to "redefine how people treat people"
We are all about leadership enhancement, service to our team members and clients, and generosity around all the things that matter most.
And what matters most?
Our family. Our faith. Our fitness. Our finances. Our friendships. And having fun.
This event was different, and it has led to a massive change in Jordan's trajectory.
The summit is certainly not the sole reason for Jordan's success. He would have found his way with or without us because he's talented and driven. We have simply helped him to get there more quickly and with less branches smacking him in the face.
Yet introducing him to a tribe of people that love like he loves and wants to serve like he serves is rare.
We've coached together since that first summit.
We've masterminded together monthly for nearly half a decade now.
He's one of my dearest friends.
4.5 years have passed since that 1st Hatch Summit.
Jordan's team was just recognized as the #1 team in the entire Denver Metro Association of Realtors.
Jordan's leading one of the top real estate organizations in the country.
And he's ON FIRE for his business, building something that is massive in volume, lives impacted, stars changed, and opportunities birthed.
It has literally 10x'd itself - and is on a trajectory for massive growth this year again.
Jordan isn't 'broke' for time anymore. He travels, he empowers others, and he builds sandcastles with his boys.
I'm so proud of him!
Did all this come to fruition - and was his life changed because of the summit?

And so I can say with confidence that a little trip to Fargo catapulted Jordan to quicker success and a better life without question.
