Good food. Great people. Even better conversations.

We recently gathered our Fargo teams for our annual company picnic, and it was a fantastic reminder of the power of taking a break and spending time together.

Our Senior Leadership Team members traded their usual responsibilities for serving lunch, and they did not disappoint!

Whether catching up with coworkers, meeting someone new, or simply enjoying a well-deserved break, the afternoon was filled with laughter, connection, and appreciation for the people who make our company what it is.

A great culture is built in moments like these.

Three interns. One summer. A lasting impact.

This summer, through the North Dakota Department of Commerce's Operation Intern program, we had the privilege of welcoming Jada Mosey, Madison Vincent, and Jacob Larson to Red River Commodities.

From creating marketing content and supporting brand initiatives, to improving data quality and digital asset management, to helping recruit and onboard new team members, these interns jumped into meaningful work and made a real difference across our business.

The best part? Each of them said their favorite thing about the experience was the people they worked with.

Thank you, Jada, Madison, and Jacob, for your hard work, fresh ideas, and positive energy. We can't wait to see what you accomplish next!

☀️🌽 Another North Dakota summer in the books!

At Red River Commodities, our Summer Socials are one of our favorite traditions. They give us a chance to step away from our desks and workstations, enjoy the sunshine, connect with teammates, and share plenty of laughs along the way.

Of course, no summer would be complete without our annual Co****le Tournament, where friendly competition and bragging rights are always on the line!

After weeks of impressive throws and close matchups, we're excited to congratulate this year's champions, Jordan Sauvageau and James Svenson, who earned the top spot and took home the title! 👏

A special shoutout as well to our runners-up, Ross Olson and Shawn Coutler, for making it an exciting tournament right down to the end.

And speaking of Ross, we're also incredibly grateful for the time and talent he put into creating this year's custom Red River Commodities co****le boards. They looked fantastic and helped make this year's tournament even more memorable.

Thanks to everyone who joined our Summer Socials and helped make this year's events so much fun. The competition may be over, but the memories (and the bragging rights) will last until next summer!

🎒❤️ 7,000 backpacks. Thousands of smiles. One incredible community.

This past month, Red River Commodities, along with other volunteers rolled up their sleeves at the FARGODOME to support the United Way of Cass-Clay School Supply Drive by filling backpacks with supplies students need to start the school year ready to learn and we're excited to share that the campaign exceeded its goal!

We helped to fill 7,000 backpacks with essential schools supplies. That's 7,000 students walking into their classrooms a little more prepared. 📚 7,000 opportunities to learn, grow, and succeed. 🎒 7,000 reminders of what can happen when a community comes together.

We're incredibly proud of our employees who volunteered their time and energy to make this effort possible. It is a powerful example of our Community value in action and a reminder that even small acts of service can make a big impact.

A huge thank you to United Way of Cass-Clay and all the volunteers, donors, and organizations who helped bring this project to life.

Sometimes community looks like rolling up your sleeves and jumping in where help is needed.

Last month, team members from across RRC jumped in to help get SunButter shipments out the door and on their way to customers. There were no "that's not my job" conversations, just people stepping up, lending a hand, and doing whatever was needed to keep things moving.

Our consumers will probably never know the extra effort that went into those shipments. They'll just see their favorite SunButter on the shelf. But we know what it took behind the scenes to make it happen.

These aren't always the moments that get the most attention, but they're the ones that define our culture. Teammates helping teammates. One team working toward a common goal.

Nothing brings people together quite like good food and good company. 🌭☀️

Our Lubbock team recently gathered for a summer cookout, a chance to take a break, enjoy a meal, and spend time with the people we work alongside every day.

Moments like these remind us that we're more than coworkers, we're a team. Whether we're on the production floor, in the warehouse, or supporting one another behind the scenes, the relationships we build make a difference.

Living our value of Community means taking time to connect, celebrate, and appreciate each other. Thank you to everyone who helped make the cookout a great day. We're proud to be part of a team that works hard, supports one another, and knows how to have a little fun together.
