🎒❤️ 7,000 backpacks. Thousands of smiles. One incredible community.

This past month, Red River Commodities, along with other volunteers rolled up their sleeves at the FARGODOME to support the United Way of Cass-Clay School Supply Drive by filling backpacks with supplies students need to start the school year ready to learn and we're excited to share that the campaign exceeded its goal!

We helped to fill 7,000 backpacks with essential schools supplies. That's 7,000 students walking into their classrooms a little more prepared. 📚 7,000 opportunities to learn, grow, and succeed. 🎒 7,000 reminders of what can happen when a community comes together.

We're incredibly proud of our employees who volunteered their time and energy to make this effort possible. It is a powerful example of our Community value in action and a reminder that even small acts of service can make a big impact.

A huge thank you to United Way of Cass-Clay and all the volunteers, donors, and organizations who helped bring this project to life.

Sometimes community looks like rolling up your sleeves and jumping in where help is needed.

Last month, team members from across RRC jumped in to help get SunButter shipments out the door and on their way to customers. There were no "that's not my job" conversations, just people stepping up, lending a hand, and doing whatever was needed to keep things moving.

Our consumers will probably never know the extra effort that went into those shipments. They'll just see their favorite SunButter on the shelf. But we know what it took behind the scenes to make it happen.

These aren't always the moments that get the most attention, but they're the ones that define our culture. Teammates helping teammates. One team working toward a common goal.

A huge thank you to everyone who jumped in and made it happen. This is what living our value of Community looks like.

Nothing brings people together quite like good food and good company. 🌭☀️

Our Lubbock team recently gathered for a summer cookout, a chance to take a break, enjoy a meal, and spend time with the people we work alongside every day.

Moments like these remind us that we're more than coworkers, we're a team. Whether we're on the production floor, in the warehouse, or supporting one another behind the scenes, the relationships we build make a difference.

Living our value of Community means taking time to connect, celebrate, and appreciate each other. Thank you to everyone who helped make the cookout a great day. We're proud to be part of a team that works hard, supports one another, and knows how to have a little fun together.

Throughout the month of February, we celebrated our incredible employees across our locations, recognizing the people who power our success every day. From cowboy boots to community feasts, the celebrations reflected the spirit and culture of our teams, whether it was a “Kick Up Your Heels” cowboy-themed party in Fargo or a generous smorgasbord of food shared with our team in Lubbock.

Our employees are the heart of Red River Commodities. Their dedication, collaboration, and commitment make a meaningful difference in our company and communities. On this Employee Appreciation Day and every day we’re proud to celebrate and thank our people.

Yesterday, Red River Commodities turned generosity into action and had a lot of fun doing it! 🎉 Our team showed up in full force for Giving Hearts Day, proving once again that giving back is just part of who we are.

Red River Commodities’ Giving Hearts Day Highlights:
❤️ Employees supported 28 Giving Hearts Day organizations
🥫 70 food and household items donated to our drive
🍭 432 Candy Grams delivered (because kindness + sugar = happiness)
🎟️ $932 raised through Candy Grams and our Raffle Board

The cherry on top? 🍒 Our raffle winner chose to donate those funds to the Dakota Medical Foundation – Kids’ Health Fund, helping support programs that improve quality of life for children with cancer.

Thanks to employee generosity and our company match, Red River Commodities raised a grand total of $5,042!

We’re proud of our people for turning compassion into action and making a meaningful impact beyond our walls. This is what community involvement looks like at Red River Commodities, coming together, giving back, and lifting others up.

It’s National Bird Feeding Month, and winter birds are counting on us! ❄️🐦

Through our partnerships with retailers, Red River Commodities helps make it easier for bird lovers to keep feeders stocked with the food birds need to stay strong during the cold months.

Every bag on the shelf represents teamwork from supply and quality to logistics and retail collaboration and we’re proud to play a part in supporting backyard birds nationwide.
