Meet Matt, our Partner and Head of Leadership & Talent Development here at Sagency!

Matt describes his work like gardening. Planting seeds of development, watering and nurturing growth over time, and staying intentional about clearing whatever might get in the way of real progress.

A great day at work for Matt looks like a client taking action on what they've learned and earning meaningful results because of it. That's what keeps him going.

His path into this field was shaped by mentors who modeled what it looks like to lead with service at the forefront. He describes himself as standing on the shoulders of giants, people who showed him the way and inspired him to do the same for others.

Danielle Paulus is now an equity partner at Sagency.

Danielle leads our Executive Search practice. She works with boards, CEOs, and executive teams to get clear on what a role needs and then finds the person who can deliver on it.
