Big changes are happening at the West 45th Business Center including welcoming new business to our building. Earlier this year, Houser Labs moved into our office building and will be one of our first tenants in our upcoming project, The COVE.

Houser Labs, a startup that will offer incubator lab space, expects to be fully operational early next year in a south Fargo office center that is about to undergo a major transformation itself.
