A great day of learning and growing with Irving ISD! 📚✨

We had the opportunity to spend the day with Irving ISD’s maintenance staff, leading training sessions focused on Customer Service, Leadership, and Time Management.

At Complete Supply, we believe that investing in people is just as important as providing the right products and solutions. These sessions were all about building skills, sharing ideas, and empowering the people who work behind the scenes to keep our schools running every day.

A big thank you to Irving ISD for welcoming us and to everyone who participated! We appreciate all that you do for your schools and communities. 💙

Custodians are among the most important and overlooked people in our schools.

They are the first to arrive, the last to leave, and they create the environment where students and teachers can succeed every single day.

In recognition of , we’re proud to finally make this announcement.

This year, at our 4th Annual Solutionist Summit, we’re doing something different.

We’re launching the Solutionist Scholarship for Custodial Excellence.

This isn’t about tenure.
It’s not about titles.

It’s about recognizing custodians who:
• Lead without being asked
• Take pride in their work
• Show up for their teams every day
• And want to grow

We believe custodians are more than maintenance staff.

They are:
→ culture builders
→ problem solvers
→ protectors of the standard

We’re now accepting nominations (with supervisor recommendations) and will be recognizing recipients live at this year’s summit.

If you’re part of a school district or facilities team, take a moment and ask yourself: Who on your team deserves to be recognized this year?

Let’s elevate the profession.
