Something worth sitting with today. Here's a short thought that's been sitting with me. People can only see God in your business if they actually see your business — and see it often enough for it to register. In one of the church talks I heard recently, Jesus calls us out to go and be seen more. Not to perform. Just to actually show up where people can find you. So here's the question worth asking yourself today: is your business seen enough? Not by everyone. Just by the people who need to find it.

Here's something that stopped me in my tracks. Jesus says the root of all evil is the love of money, and then a few lines later, He turns around and rebukes His own followers — tells them off, plainly — for not knowing their numbers, for not stewarding and growing what they'd been given. And if you actually look at your Bible, it's full of numbers. Every chapter, every book, even a whole book named Numbers. Days, ages, weight, money — measured, tracked, named. So here's my question for you as a believer running a business: how well do you actually know your numbers? Not the vibe. Not the general feeling that things are fine. The real numbers. Because you cannot steward or grow something by feel. You can only steward and grow it by fact. So which one are you living in — the truth of your numbers, or the feeling that you've got a grip on them?
