Let me introduce my self. I’m Matt, owner and operator of Edge 51 Industries based out of my home in Farmingdale. I’m a retired LEO, father, husband and avid cook. I sharpen everything from knives, shears, gardening tools, chainsaw blades, circular saw blades, planer blades, axes, chisels and even ceramic knives.
