When we allow time for stillness in our daily lives we offer ourselves the opportunity to slow down, to hit pause and to reconnect with ourselves on a deeper level. In stillness we become more aware. Awareness leads to self discovery.

What steps can you take towards inviting more stillness into your life? This could look as simple as pausing before getting out of bed to reflect on the blessings in your life. If you have more time it might look like starting a consistent meditation or pranayama practice.

Wherever you’re at, I encourage you to take a moment or two out of your day to surrender to the present moment. Recharge your energy—your mind and body will thank you!
