Go-live success doesn’t start on day one; it’s the result of everything that happens before it.

The organizations that stabilize faster and avoid performance dips are the ones that treat go-live as an operational process, not just a milestone.

That means:

• Aligning clinical, revenue cycle, and IT teams early
• Training in real-world scenarios, not just system navigation
