The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high-level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.

Responsibilities

o Provide high-level support to the Directors

o Utilizing all aspects of QuickBooks Desktop. Interact with the accounting firm and auditors

o Provide financial reports - Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annually

o Review all invoices for accuracy. Often locating errors from vendors

o Work with insurance agents to update policies as needed; track and maintain all policies

o Create and maintain office procedures and policies and ensure compliance.

o Maintain the office condition and cleanliness

o Responsible for all office and building repairs

o Purchasing and stocking supplies

o Work with the Project Manager to ship and track all shipping requests

o Reconcile and create expense reports

o Managing schedules for directors

o Coordinating mail pickups

o Administrative assistance including data entry, company research, etc.

Qualifications

o Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
o Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
o Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
o Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities-
Daily Responsibilities could include but are not limited to:
Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
Utilization of network topography & OSI Model
Understanding of SMTP & Email Systems
Virtualization Technologies (Particularly VMWARE / Hyper-V)
Use of Microsoft Windows Server (2008/12/16)
Use of Microsoft Office (2013/2016)
Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
Perform troubleshooting on computer hardware to ensure functionality
Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
Assist with development and maintenance of local networks
Utilizes ticket system and documentation tools
Teamwork makes the Dream work – utilizes available resources
Communication with customers and proper support channels (i.e. Customer/Project Coordinator)
Consistent, regular, and reliable attendance including being ready for work at the designated start time
Ensure that all issues are properly documented and assigned in a technical support ticketing system
Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of IT problems that arise

Requirements-
Minimum of 3 years of IT experience
Prior customer service experience
Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from the Sector 7 office
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
*Degree in Computer Science or Certifications will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)

This role will be responsible for managing and evolving the Sector 7 group of brands, including the creation of web pages & visually appealing graphics for our websites, various platforms and channels, and printed materials. You will be tasked with creating visual concepts, graphics, and videos that inspire, inform, and captivate our customers and community.

Responsibilities:

Work directly with the Marketing Manager to prioritize and execute tasks including but not limited to:
· Collaborate daily with marketing teams to assist with campaigns, projects, and meet deadlines.
· Manage the company website (updates, new pages, vision, SEO, etc.)
· Create eye-catching images/graphics that identify a service/solution or convey a message across various mediums including print, email, social media, web, video, and more.
· Create/produce videos in conjunction with your content.
· Design and update datasheets, whitepapers, eBooks, event displays, and more within brand guidelines.
· Help develop copy for all assets.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of website and design experience.
· Experience working in collaboration with web and editorial content
· Experience using creative tools such as WordPress, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Video editing and production tools, HTML, CSS, & PHP
· Think creatively to deliver new ideas and concepts
· Excellent communication skills and can convey vision easily
· Good organizational and time-management skills
