MCII, a not for profit sheltered workshop, is accepting resumes for a production supervisor.
Under the direction of the Production Manager, provides supervision of certified employees in an industrial production setting. Must be able to supervise, interact, and communicate in a professional manner with disabled adult employees. Must provide training and support in areas that will assist workers to achieve their highest potential. Must set good examples to lead as a role model for dependability, work ethic, skills, attitudes and behaviors. Must be dependable, efficient, honest, trustworthy. Must pass background check with no prior criminal convictions.
Monday thru Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
