•Experience laying tile
• Assist with daily construction tasks, including site prep, material handling and cleanup
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Operate, basic hand and power tools safely
• Set up and tear down equipment and temporary structures
• help with digging, grading, demolition, and general labor needs
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
