What a beautiful day our Lord has given us.

Now that the 4th of July and vacation is over it's time to get back to work.

Big things are coming over the next couple months. We're still working on building our front porch and getting our house painted. We will be doing a yard sale this coming weekend if it doesn't rain and we'll also go live during the sale for a virtual sale and auction.

The Podcast is coming along and hopefully be up and running by the end the month. My new page s building up pretty quick and all information on the chaos is there.

We're also starting a Farmland Treasure Hunt sometime this week! Below is our flyer for it. This will be done each week with a different prize each time. So fun and exciting!

If anyone needs a kids 10oz Snow Globe Tumbler I have a few left. I also found more 40oz Gradient regular Tumblers too! Those look awesome with a cute wrap! If nobody wants any of those I'll be making them for my vendor events. Otherwise, they are available. I have seversl colors to choose from. Comment here on this post or message me if you'd like to order one.

I also still have pearl shells and 925 SS jewelry mounts available and several sets of the personal safety keychains left.

We are gearing up for a big sale next week. We'll be set up as a yard sale and I'll go live as well. Whatever is left after the sale we'll do in bundle boxes on bids.

Happy Tuesday y'all

Things are coming along nicely at the Strunk Homestead. Its been a hot couple of days so we haven't done too much outside. Hopefully I'll get the front of the house power washed today. It shouldn't take long to dry up in this heat and I can start the painting process. Im really excited to see how it turns out once we're done! We're not just painting the siding. We're painting it to look like wood. Like a log cabin is our goal. Its going to look amazing with the new garage door we installed. And I'm absolutely loving the new garage door opener! It makes things so much easier now. Hubby got most of the frame work built for the new front porch. He is such a wonderful man. Goes to work every day then comes home and works around here to help me make our home beautiful. Our style may not be others cup of tea but its our cup of tea and we're both so excited. We have many more projects we want to do over time. We started out by remodeling our bathroom when we first bought our house. Then we moved on to remodeling and extending our kitchen, painting a few rooms and drywalling the garage. Now we've added more cedar walls, a new tri level back deck, new garage door and opener, new entry doors and screen doors, building on a bigger front porch and the painting. Next year we're redoing our driveway and extending it over more, new privacy fence, matching picket fence around the front yard of all 3 lots we own, and our new 30' swimming pool with deck (might just do the pool this year!) We've been busy little bees and yet still have so much more we want to do.
And we're still trying to find homes for this cat that showed up here and had kittens. There's 3 kittens left and they are 9 weeks old today. We have 2 boys and a girl plus momma cat. I'd love to keep them all but I'm allergic to them and just can't. Once I get about half of the painting done on the front, I'll go live and show y'all the progress. I hope y'all are having a fantastic week and a great 4th of July! We have big plans for a cookout and the races for the 4th. What are y'all's plans for America's 250th Anniversary?
