Wi******er XPR 6.5 came in for muzzle threading for a suppressor. The barrel muzzle did not have enough material to thread the 5/8-24 required to install the suppressor, so we turned and threaded the muzzle to 0.750”X 1/2-24 to accept the Banish adapter; 1/2-24 to 5/8-24.
The rifle was ready for pickup once the Bore to Baffle alignment was checked and approved.
Ready for the range.

Customer requested the muzzle be threaded to accept a Banish 30 direct thread suppressor & a deep clean on an Olympic Arms rifle chambered in .22-250
The barrel was indicated in the lathe aligned with the bore. The video in comments shows the barrel set and ready for single point threading. After threading, the suppressor was temporarily installed to work out the timing. Then an alignment check for baffle clearance; pass. After a sonic clean the rifle was reassembled and function checked.
Customer will reinstall the scope.

R***r MK II chambered in .22 LR came in for a deep clean. Started with a function check; pass, test fire had occasional misfires and cycling issues.
Disassembled the pistol & magazine.
Inspect all parts, all are serviceable.
Sonic clean all parts.
Reassembled pistol & magazine.
Function check; pass
Test fire; pass

Browning 25 auto, chambered in…(drum roll)… .25 acp. Customer stated it would not cycle. Failed function check, so no test fire. During disassembly & inspection of parts, all internals were oily with lots of carbon buildup and lint. The trigger bar was not set in its proper location at the rear of the frame. All parts appear functional. After a sonic clean a light, very light film of gun oil & then reassembly.
Function check; pass
Test fire; pass
Customer stated they removed the scales. These small mouse guns rely on the scales to hold the trigger bar in place.

Uberti Buntline in .45colt.
Customer wanted to change the 10 5/8” barrel to an 18” barrel.
Disassembled & receiver wrench installed on the frame. Mounted the barrel in the barrel vise for barrel removal.
Inspect & clean interior threads along with the threads on the new barrel tenon.
Install barrel.
Reassemble
Check & adjust the headspace.

Stoeger M3000 chambered for 12 ga.
Customer requested a stock recoil reducer be installed. No vendor had this part in stock so a shop fabrication was in order. Using a section of barrel blank, it was turned to 0.875” x 4.50”. After drilling, it was tapped for M8-1.0 then to the mill for an installation slot.
Reassembled and test fired.
Quite a difference.

Brand new Savage mod. 93 chambered in .22 W.M.R.
Customer requested the barrel muzzle be threaded to accept his muzzle device.
Barrel was indicated in the lathe and turned down for 5/8-24 threads. New crown was cut before the muzzle brake was installed.
Reassemble rifle & function check.
