Let’s just get to it: What. Do. You. Want.

I already know it’s more.
More revenue.
More clients.
More team members who actually care and don’t ghost you after onboarding.
More people out in the world screaming your brand’s name because they believe in it—not because you paid them to.

You want people selling for you.
You want your brand to scale without sacrificing your soul.
You want a 10x EBITDA exit and a coastal life filled with ocean air and salty margaritas where nobody asks you to hop on Zoom ever again.

Cool. Me too.
But here’s the thing: if you can’t back into that vision with structure, then it’s just a Pinterest board with delusions of grandeur.
