It is with a mix of sadness and excitement that we announce the retirement of our longtime colleague, Lisa Wilkinson.

Lisa joined ANC in 2013 as a Media Analyst after an already successful career in the newspaper advertising industry. For more than a decade, she has been a dedicated and much-appreciated member of our sales team. Her contributions have left a lasting mark, and her work ethic, kind heart, and sense of humor will be deeply missed by colleagues and clients alike.

As Lisa steps into retirement, she looks forward to spending more time with her family—and her adorable new furry companion, Cooper! 🐾

Position Highlights:
🧳 No relocation required – travel to newspaper markets nationwide
🧑‍💼 Work alongside local sales teams to sell annual advertising programs
🏡 Enjoy an average of 20 weeks at home per year

Qualifications:
✅ 5+ years of newspaper advertising sales experience (or a mix of sales & management)
✅ Strong communication & relationship-building skills
✅ Comfortable making cold calls and cultivating new business with local sales reps
✅ Ability to train and motivate sales teams
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
✅ Willingness & ability to travel (by car and by air)

Compensation & Benefits:
✔️ Base salary + monthly commissions
✔️ Full benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K
✔️ All travel expenses covered by ANC

Wishing Fred Ellison a happy and relaxing retirement!

The management and staff of ANC would like to extend our best wishes to Fred, who is retiring from his media analyst position effective Saturday, August 26th. Fred has been a valuable member of our sales team since May 2015.

Prior to joining ANC, Fred worked in various ad sales and account management positions in Texas, Tennessee, California, and Arizona. His professionalism, and ability to lead and motivate a sales team, will be missed by his coworkers and clients alike. His retirement is a well-deserved ending to a successful career!
