In order for me to pull honey I wait for the entire honey frame to be capped. I am finding alot of honey it just needs a little more time. Our beekeepers, Amanda and Erik at Delaware BayBees are one in a BUZZ-illion 🐝

They are a fellow local family farm specializing in pollination services and honey production. Fifer's fruit and vegetable harvest is dependent on the important work that pollinator bees do on our farm each season. It's a fascinating process to witness crops mature from flower to fork. This begins with the magic that honey bees perform at bloom time.

Amanda and Erik perform the labor intensive process of getting pure, raw, local honey to our Farm Store year round.
