The morning of May 12th was cold! These images show the difference between a healthy Riesling plant and one that suffered freeze damage. Luckily, this damage was isolated. But a good example of the risk perennial fruit farmers take each and every day.

First Course - Royal Ossetra Caviar with garlic emulsion and caramelized onions on a spoon of amuse bouche (2025 Cabaret Rose)

Second Course - Asparagus and Crab Salad with tarragon sabayon and bearnaise sauce (2025 Dry Riesling)

New Release Wine & Food Pairing weekends start Saturday!

During the tasting, winemakers help you to unravel some of the mysteries that seemingly surround a successful wine and food pairing, helping you understand why some wines pair better with certain foods than others.
