UPDATE: Intuit says it will be resolved by 5:00 pm. The issue is on the banking side. (Intuit’s bank account that issues the direct deposits) Normally employees see a payment in their account early on payday, so please let anyone affected know to plan accordingly. According to the service agreement, QuickBooks has until 5:00 pm to send direct deposits.

Several companies have reported that their employees didn’t receive payroll checks today after a normal payroll run. Did this happen to you? Stay tuned for updates!

CHECK YOUR REMINDER SETTINGS! Several QBO clients have reported that automatic reminders for invoices are suddenly going out. To turn that setting off again go to the Gear - Account and Settings - Sales and scroll down to Reminders.

I've used T Sheets for my own business for several years after testing other timekeeping products. As a ProAdvisor, I can pass along discounts.
