Bookkeeper-Part-Time:

MT Shoebox, LLC is a local, fast-growing bookkeeping service in search of an experienced bookkeeper. Must be proficient with QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, MS Office Suite especially Excel and Outlook. This is a part-time position, initially 25 to 30 hours per week, schedule to be negotiated but consistent.

Candidate will possess integrity, confidentiality, punctuality, and the ability to work independently as needed, and must be able to work and communicate with multiple clients and staff in a professional and confidential manner. Candidate will possess, or learn and understand, basic bookkeeping functions such as data entry of payables, receivables, journal entries, checks and deposits, bank and credit card reconciliations, etc. Must be vaccinated, drug-free, smoke-free, and fragrance-free. This is an in office position.

Must be proficient with QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, MS Office Suite especially Excel and Outlook. Experience with BillQuick/Core is helpful but not required. This is a part-time position, initially 15 to 20 hours per week, schedule to be negotiated but consistent. Candidate will possess integrity, confidentiality, punctuality, and the ability to work independently as needed, and must be able to work and communicate with multiple clients in a professional and confidential manner.
