We incorporate new technologies into the current industry to help bring you better and cheaper tools. We recently added a 5 axis CNC Mill to our shop to go along side our 3 axis mill. The new mill will enable us to create computer manufactured tools such as reamers
, GonG tools, and Bowl pushes with more complex and accurate geometry than these tools have had before. Thanks to recent developments in the CNC world this amazing technology is now available to small industry's and is now developing into ours. We offer full 3D CAD, as well as machining accurate to .05mm. All of our services are by job and a quote or estimate can be given once we have an idea of the scale and complexity of your project. The custom route of things is an involved and thorough process, so we try to offer that service for users needing tools of a unique caliper. All of our Stock tools have been tested by multiple artists in different studios and each design has been refined until it was mutually agreed to be the best tool it can be.
