TOPSOIL!!!!

Spillway complete! 👏

The spillway was the final piece of this project, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The natural stone finished everything off perfectly and gave this lake one last detail to bring the whole project together.

From clearing the property and moving dirt, to building the dam, shaping the lake, establishing erosion control, and now finishing the spillway, it’s been awesome watching this project transform from start to finish.

We haven’t exactly been spoiled with rain lately, so filling this lake is going to take some time. We’ll be back next year with another update once the grass is growing, the lake has had some time to fill, and you can really see the finished product come to life!
