If you work in an office and have a team out in the field, I need you to do something for me.

Go outside for five minutes.

Feel that heat. 🌡️

Then pick up your phone and tell your guys how much you appreciate them and their willingness to show up, work hard, and take care of your customers in conditions like this.

Sometimes we get so caught up in the calls, the schedules, the phones, the paperwork, and everything happening inside the office that we forget what our field teams are physically experiencing outside.

They’re out there in the heat, in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and equipment rooms—doing the work that keeps everything moving.

A simple “thank you” matters.

We are better together. And we are better when we feel valued, appreciated, and supported.

So go outside. Feel the heat. Then make that call. ❤️

The heat is sticking around, and we want to make sure everyone is staying safe and comfortable!

🏠 Give your AC a little help:
• Keep blinds and curtains closed during the hottest part of the day
• Check your air filter and replace it if it’s dirty
• Keep doors and windows closed as much as possible
• Make sure your outdoor unit has plenty of space and isn’t blocked by grass, debris, or other items
• Stay hydrated and take breaks from the heat!

And if your AC isn’t keeping up, we’re here to help. ❤️

More Than Just Fixing an AC

Ever wonder what it takes to become an HVAC service technician? It’s a LOT more than knowing how to change a capacitor. 😅

Our technicians have to learn electrical systems, refrigeration, airflow, combustion, motors, controls, diagnostics, safety, building science, tools, equipment, and so much more. They have to understand how all those pieces work together—and more importantly, how to figure out what’s wrong when they don’t.

They’re constantly learning, troubleshooting, calculating, testing, reading diagrams, making decisions and solving problems… often while standing in an attic, crawling under a house, or working on a 100° rooftop. 🥵

The next time you see an HVAC technician pull up to your house, remember: you’re looking at a highly skilled problem-solver.

It takes intelligence, patience, mechanical ability, critical thinking and a whole lot of determination to do this job well.

We’re proud of the knowledge and skill our technicians bring to the job every single day. This trade is no joke—and our guys are pretty darn smart. 👏🔧

When you have to hunt down a very pesky refrigerant leak… 🕵️‍♂️🔍

Thankfully, having some previous experience with this particular type of leak—and knowing where to look—made this one a little easier to track down.

Sometimes it’s not about getting lucky… it’s about having the knowledge and experience to know what you’re looking for. 💪❄️
