SO WHAT, your to-do list is a dumpster fire…

Same.
And honestly? So was my life for a minute.

It was such a dumpster fire that I literally started a podcast about dumpster fires.
Plot twist:
That project turned into a dumpster fire itself. 😂

And you know what?
Oh well.

It’s still a project I’ll do.
Just not right now.

Because seasons change.
Priorities shift.
And sometimes the most BOSS move is saying, “Not yet.”

Right now, my focus is on YOU.
On helping all you badass BIA’s show up, grow, and breathe a little easier while doing it.

Your to-do list doesn’t have to be perfect.
Your timeline doesn’t have to make sense to anyone else.
Progress doesn’t always look pretty, and sometimes it looks like choosing what matters today.

SO WHAT you cry in the car sometimes…

I do.
More than I’d like to admit.

When life feels heavy...business, marriage, parenting, expectations. I’ll pull into the driveway and just pause.
Sometimes it’s a deep breath.
Sometimes it’s silence.
Sometimes it’s a full-on cry before I can walk through the door.

Because we carry a lot.
The pressure to be everything to everyone.
The pressure to be perfect in our businesses, our relationships, our homes.
The pressure to be the strong one. The fixer. The hero.

And honestly?
It’s exhausting.

We put it on ourselves because we care.
Because we want to be the Super Mom. The Super Wife. The “I’ve got this” woman.

But here’s the truth:
Strength isn’t pretending it doesn’t hurt.
Strength is letting yourself feel it… so it doesn’t live in your body forever.

So yeah, sometimes we cry in the car.
Sometimes we pause.
Sometimes we let it out so we can show back up.

And that’s not weakness.
That’s self-respect.

Shoutout to Midwest winter…
Where the meteorologist says we’re getting anywhere from 0 to 1,000 inches of snow, wind chills feel like the Arctic personally hates us,
and we’re all just standing outside squinting like, “So… am I going anywhere today or not?”

Also… just saying…
If more women 💃 predicted snowfall, we’d probably get a MUCH more accurate answer.
Because we know the difference between 2 inches, 5 inches, and “oh hell no” inches 😏❄️
