From navigating conflict and strengthening relationships to finding energy in exhausting work and creating meaningful goals, Josh will be sharing practical, evidence-based strategies to help veterinary teams flourish.

Our brains are really good at filling in the blanks. 🧠✅

When we don’t understand why someone said something made a decision or handled a situation a certain way it’s easier to create our own explanation

And sometimes? We’re right.
But sometimes there’s more to the story.

Curiosity gives us a chance to find out.

It doesn’t mean we have to agree. It doesn’t mean the outcome doesn’t matter. It simply means getting a little more information before deciding we understand what happened.
