Today marks a sad day in the Fifer Family - Ben Fifer left us today many years ago (2011). Although he is always with us in spirit, by coincidence - I have just logged over 25,000 miles since that tragic day running these silly ultra marathons, but I always wear his headband on those long runs so he can help guide me during those dark times. We miss you Ben!

Even if Todd Foeckler who potentially but not verified by DNA test results yet could be Tom Fifer ‘s son if Fifer had an illegitimate baby in high school due to the age difference. Hmmm! Crazy conversations happen here. 😆
