Outage Update:

Due to highs winds at height we were unable to continue our climb to get all repairs completed on our Harviell tower. We will resume tomorrow morning as conditions will be safer and will not put our climber at risk.

Some may have noticed a short outage across other towers. This was caused by a downed tree but the power company has since resolved this and all towers except Harviell, Hidden Hills, and call of the wild are online

We apologize for this extended outage and for any inconvenience this may cause but safety of our personnel is paramount.

Harviell Area Outage:
The overnight storm damaged equipment on the Harviell tower. This outage will affect users in the Harviell, Hidden Hills, and Call of the Wild areas. We will have a climber on site as soon as possible to replace the damaged equipment, weather permitting. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Starting at 11am this morning, our Harviell tower will go down for around 30 minutes while we swap out a piece of equipment. Harviell will be the only tower affected by this maintenance

We are experiencing issues with a core router on the primary Poplar Bluff tower, which may cause intermittent outages. We are troubleshooting now and will resolve this issue as soon as we can.

The fix was completed ahead of schedule, and we are seeing everything back online! If your service is still not working, please give your router a quick restart.

We just got word that the ETA on the fix is 5:30 PM. This is not a guaranteed time but it should be pretty close.

OUTAGE UPDATE:

Our upstream provider just informed us that there is a Fibercut somewhere between Poplar Bluff and Oxly. Until that cut is fixed, service will be down. We do not have an ETA at this time but as soon as we do we will let everyone know.

We are aware of an outage affecting our Fisk and Poplar Bluff Networks. This is a network-wide outage that affects everyone. We believe this to be caused by an issue with our upstream provider. We are investigating along with them, and as soon as we have an update, we will pass it along.

There was a power outage at the main tower in PB. Everything is back up and running now. If you have any problems connecting back to the internet, please restart your router.

Good afternoon,

We were just informed that Ozark Border will be doing maintenance on utility poles near our Buchheits tower location. This will cause an outage if that area for an undetermined amount of time, but they are expecting 4 to 5 hours.
