PBS Sales is expanding and looking for a select group of proven Door to Door Fiber Sales Teams to grow with us.

We've secured a major new fiber expansion with one of the nation's fastest growing ISPs. This is a long-term opportunity with markets ranging from 12K to more than 150K homes passed. We're not looking for teams that work in the market for a few weeks and move on. We're building long-term partnerships with teams we can trust.

Qualified teams will begin on one of our established campaigns with GoNetspeed, Omni Fiber, or T-Fiber, giving both sides the opportunity to build trust, prove performance, and demonstrate commitment. Top performing teams will earn priority access to future greenfield markets, new build releases, and exclusive expansion opportunities.

We're looking for teams that offer:
• Established Door to Door sales teams
• Leadership that can recruit, train, and manage reps
• A commitment to staying and building a market
• Professional communication and accountability
• Teams focused on long term growth instead of quick commissions

As the year winds down, we just want to say thank you. Thank you to our reps grinding every day, our partners trusting us in their markets, and the communities who opened the door and gave us a minute of their time. We don’t take any of it for granted.
