We're excited to mark the start of another exciting Tu Empresa program. Earlier this week, we welcomed 30 aspiring entrepreneurs and established business owners to the program, led by Roberto Muñoz, a business coach with over 25+ years of experience in executive and sales roles.

"Through this program, I have had the opportunity to meet dozens of Latino entrepreneurs from communities across Wisconsin. Seeing the enthusiasm, determination, and resilience of each participant has reinforced the entrepreneurial spirit that defines our community."

Together, they will grow their network, gain access to business resources and receive personalized support to help build and grow sustainable businesses.

Ixayana leads initiatives to foster inclusive workplace cultures and equitable hiring practices, combining her background in social work and leadership development with bilingual expertise in English and Spanish to drive organizational change.

Brian Espinosa is the vice president and community manager in Madison at JP Morgan Chase & Co., who connects individuals, organizations and entrepreneurs to the resources and networks they need to grow. He's active in regional leadership and advocacy efforts that strengthen opportunity for Latino professionals and business owners.
