Stage lights, sound equipment, speakers, amps, cords, subwoofers, mixing board, light stand, etc.

Assorted bar and restaurant equipment. Coolers, fridges, food prep, storage, etc.

Security/surveillance equipment.

Assorted tables, chairs, stools.

Draft b**r gas canisters, kegs, etc.

CASH ONLY sale. All bidders must register with ID and receive a bidders card. 5% Buyers Premium.
Purchases removed day of sale.
All merchandise will be sold in *large lots, not individual items.

LOT 1: LED Glow Stage Screen, Stage sound equipment, assorted speakers, audio equipment, rigging, amplifiers,
mixing board, mic stands, cables, stage lights, controllers, aluminum ladders, and accessories.
LOT 2: Bar equipment, all unattached SS sinks, coolers, ice machines, SS prep tables, POS System, surveillance
cameras, (Walkin b**r fridge not for sale), and misc.
LOT 3: Assorted tables, chairs, stools, cleaning supplies, and misc.
LOT 4: food prep kitchen with assorted freezers, commercial refrigerators, SS prep tables, including all unattached
equipment.
LOT 5: CO2 bottles and assorted b**r kegs.
Terms & Conditions:
 Everything sold As-Is, Where-Is, No warranties expressed or implied.
 CASH Payment due at the end of the auction.
 Buyers are responsible for the dismantling, moving, and security of purchases when auctioneer says
"SOLD".
 Purchases to be removed by 4:00 p.m. day following auction sale (September 3, 2026), NO EXCEPTIONS.
 No items “attached” to the building are included, aka “fixtures”, this includes but is not limited to shelves,
attached sinks, lighting, etc.
 CASH PAYMENT ONLY
 5% buyers premium added to final hammer price.
 All bidders must register with Photo ID and receive an auction bid card.
 Operation and condition of all equipment subject to inspection during preview, and the responsibility of the
