Excited to announce the trainer certification of four stellar educators in both Process Communication and Process Education: Jason Callahan (superintendent), Amy LePage(middle school counselor), Emily Tracy (elementary school principal), and Kyle Wieland (high school principal), all from the Wabash (Indiana) City Schools.

We are in the midst of an extended project to train staff and train trainers in a school district. Last summer we took the superintendent and most of the administrative staff on the school sites through the Process Communication Core Concepts, and Conflict Resolution and Motivation seminars. This week we will work with the Leadership Team. Next week we will work with four staff to certify as trainers. Next summer, those trainers will work with teachers. Then we will collect data to measure the efficacy of what the training has accomplished.

Will you let us know if we can help your organization?

We presented the results at the Process Communication Model world conference in Portugal in July.

We will be presenting at the Higher Education Teaching and Learning Conference at the University of West Scotland in Paisley, June 28-30.
