Your internet is back up, sorry for the inconvenience. We appreciate your patience on this issue, which was out of our control. We were basically held at bay by outside entities with DENIAL OF SERVICE TRAFFIC (DDOS). We will do everything we can from preventing this happening in the future. Our upstream provider is still having major ddos issues. Hopefully they can get something going soon.

After yesterday's wide spread power outage, it seems that we had several customers batteries fail in their battery back up. If you are experiencing this trouble simply call 618-584-3211 and we will replace it at no charge.

OFFICIAL ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE

Flat Rock Telephone Co-op Annual Meeting will be held Saturday, March 7th, 2026 at the Flat Rock Community Center.

Doors open at 12:30 p.m. for sign-in, and the meeting is at 1:30 p.m.

Board Election: There are 3 seats available. Nominees: Judy Branson, Warren Rich, and Charles Siler.

Members attending will receive a $10 bill credit (one per membership).

Prize drawings: Four $50 gift cards and one $100 gift card.

Frontier was able to restore service. Everything should be working as it should.

Due to Frontier having major problems, we are experiencing 800 number and AT&T issues again. Frontier is working to isolate and resolve the issue.

Flat Rock Telephone Co-op ANNUAL MEETING is Saturday, March 7, 2026 at the Flat Rock Community Center.

Doors open at 12:30p.m, meeting starts at 1:30p.m.

You must be signed in before 1:30p.m. to be eligible to vote in this year's election.

If you're unable to attend and would like to allow someone else to vote on your behalf, please call 618-584-3211 for more information regarding proper procedure.

We have 3 board seats up for election. We have 3 candidates: Judy Branson, Warren Rich and Charles Siler.

If you've never attended an Annual Meeting and are a current Co-op member, we strongly encourage you to attend.

Any current Co-op member who attends will receive a bill credit of $10 on their April bill and will be entered into prize drawings; one credit per membership.
