In anticipation of bridge repair work being planned for on the Chauncey blacktop, we are having to relocate our fiber optic line.

Work to relocate our fiber optic line will begin late Monday night (2/10), extending past 12 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb 11, 2025.

We do not expect to lose service.

However, to err on the side of caution and in full transparency, should we lose service during that cutover, landline phone service (including 911calls) and internet service could be impacted for a period of time.

Please charge your cell phones, to have a backup plan in place for emergency calls, should our service experience disruption during that time.

*Should an outage occur, it would impact our entire service area*

**We were notified by IL Dept of Transportation, on behalf of the Lawrence County Highway Dept, that our fiber optic line would need to be relocated. Any outage on 02-11-25 is due to compliance and in cooperation with Lawrence County Highway Department to allow for upcoming bridge repair work.

If you have any questions or concerns, please call the office at 618-584-3211.
